Bali Pet Crusaders are a mobile sterilisation project focusing on the spay and neuter of stray and rescued local Bali dogs and cats and those owned by the poorer community who cannot afford to sterilise their pet.

Bali is home to some 500,00+ dogs and an unknown number of cats who are mostly free roaming and not spayed and neutered. The average income in Bali is less than $300 per month with the cost of sterilisation ranging from $60 to $120 per dog or cat. Unfortunately, this is not affordable for most people and with unsterilised the dog and cat population continues to explode.
